I’m Andrew Meyers, and I am a Lighting Designer. For over 20 years, I have been lighting plays, operas, ballets, musicals, circuses, rock concerts, fashion shows, trade shows, corporate events, avante garde puppet shows...any and all types of live events.
Having started in the theatre, I was taught that every design decision must help tell the story of the show. And coming from Chicago’s Off-Loop theatre, I learned that one must be frugal with resources.
My job is to help you tell your story, not to show off how cool the lighting can be. And I know that every show, every performance, from the grandest opera to the smallest quarterly earnings presentation, is the most important show.
